Le logement porte bien son nom, un vrai petit cocon, on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Arrivée autonome facile, bonne communication avec l'hôte en amont, et des petites attentions (bonbons, café, thé). L'appartement est propre et bien rénové à l'exception de la baignoire mais cela n'était pas dérangeant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Idéalement situé près de l'IUT où je passais un examen.
Rien, compte tenu du prix, les attentes n'étaient pas particulièrement élevées, donc RAS.
