Relax Poolside! Lake-View Retreat in Osage Beach

TV and air conditioning didn't work in one bedroom.

The location of the condo and the pool was great.

Just before I arrived, I was advised that the washer and dryer weren’t working which was inconvenient since we weren’t able to dry beach towels before we left. When I sent a message to the local management company about the ice maker not working, I was advised it wasn’t hooked up and would need to pick up ice. Again, very inconvenient. It would have been nice of the local management company to provide a bag of ice for the renters or at least advise us ahead of time so we didn’t have to make an extra trip to the store just for ice. I also reached out about changing the arrival date but never received a response. I wanted to reduce the cost of the rental since several of the original renters weren’t able to go and I had to absorb the full cost on my own. I’ll definitely not rent again unless the cancellation date is closer to the check in date. The noise from the condo above is loud when people are walking or in our case running and jumping. See photos: Several cans of paint and cleaning products were in unlocked closets and under the kitchen sink. These should be removed especially if families with children are renting the condo.
