Malthouse Lane City Apartment 2

Beautiful apartment with a nice modern feel. Comfy beds, good heating. Very secure with camera intercom system. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, in town but quiet away from road noise.

Minor thing but it would have been helpful if there were some instructions about how to unlock the drier as I had to call them and ask as the cycle was taking much longer than it said it would and we needed to check out.

No wardrobe in second bedroom

Great location and a very well presented apartment.

Proximity and quietness. Comfortable beds. Adequate cooking facilities. Privacy.

We found the unit rather spartan in its furnishings. There was no clothes hanging facility in the second bedroom. There were no small tables in the living area where you could put a drink, plate etc. The floor of the shower was dirty and way overdue for a proper clean. Almost all the kitchen cupboards were designed for a person over 6 feet tall and therefore mostly unusable. There was a lack of mirrors except in the bathroom and the mirror over the basin was so high that someone short couldn't see themselves in it. The owners would not provide a second set of keys. Please note, we stayed in Apartment 3, not 2.
