O café da manhã era muito bom e os funcionarios bem solicitos apesar do Hotel estar bem cheio. Tem um jardim no terreo para as crianças brincarem. O quarto é bem completo.
Achei muito demorado para fazer o check in, pois tinham poucos funcionarios na recepção. Ficamos 40 minutos em uma fila. Os mesmos funcionarios que atendem os hospedes do hotel, atendem também os hospedes do apart hotel e acaba ficando um pouco confuso.

Cama boa, travesseiros bons, flat organizado,
somente o transtorno da reforma que não gostamos, se soubesse teria deixado pra outra oportunidade, além do funcionário se negar a pedir o táxi meio a chuva não tinha como chegar até a rua com tamanho transtorno da reforma, além de querer cobrar o estacionamento que constava como gratuito.

Tamanho dos quartos e banheiro legal. Não usei a cozinha e geladeira, mas estavam funconando corretamente.
Serviço de quarto praticamente não existe. A camareira só arrumava as camas, e estendia as toalhas. Não trocou toalha nenhum dia, não fez reposição de papel higiênico e nem limpou o chão. Horrível.
