Pro: The location, the possibility of checking in at night, and the value for money. Otherwise, it is a good place to sleep, as the building is located a little away from the noisy old town, while still being within a less than 10-minute walk. I actually find the elevator, which many guests complain about, rather adventurous in a positive way. It’s basically no bigger than a shower cabin and too small for two people with luggage. However, one person with a suitcase or travel backpack fits in just fine

Con: The cleanliness, although this is certainly also due to the age of the building. It’s not as if there were any unpleasant smells or anything like that, though

Gazda a fost destul de rece și la ora de check out scrisă în contract ne-a bătut la ușă ca să eliberăm , pe motiv ca aveau alt chiriaș,chiar dacă o rugasem să ne mai prelungească puțin șederea.

1. At first, it was mentioned that if I needed a late check-out, I could inform the host on the departure day. However, when I requested it one day before leaving, I was asked in messages to remind again the next morning. On the departure morning, I reminded once more, but surprisingly I was asked again in messages to remind the following day, even though I was actually leaving that day. Finally, at 11:10 someone came to the door for check-out, so I gave the keys and left. Normally, the check-out time should be 12:00, but I was asked to leave at 11:00, which felt too early. 2. There was always a heavy damp smell in the studio, so I kept the balcony door open even at night. 3. The building was very old and had an outdated elevator that needed to be closed manually from inside, which gave me constant fear that it might break down. 4. The water heater was inside the studio, and it made noise at night while heating water (so I had to unplug it).

Stanza carina. Mantenuta bene. Con tutto l’occorrente. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Ero solo ma in due si sarebbe stati comodi. Bagno forse piccolino ma ci sta. L’unica cosa un po’ strana o comunque che stona è il palazzo. È un palazzo vecchio, antico che ti mette un po’ paura. Ma la zona è centrale e il palazzo è attaccato alla polizia locale quindi abbastanza sicuro e tranquillo. L’assistenza per l’appartamento ottima. Molto gentili e rispondono subito.
