This private, quiet Smyrna family neighborhood is 1 mile from Truist Park Braves Baseball Stadium, Atlanta Battery, large malls, a variety of shopping and tourist sites. Cafés, fine dining and entertainment within minutes. Beautiful home w/ 5 beds, 4 full baths, chef's kitchen, community pool & tennis courts, walking distance to shopping & grocery.
5 min to I-75, reach downtown in 15 minutes. Uber & Lyft rides are also easily accessible.

The home is clean, spacious and uncluttered. Plenty of room to enjoy and spaces to relax in. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials and gourmet appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a sidewalks and neighborhood amenities.

Guests may use the entire home except the locked supply closet under the stairs and locked closet by garage door.

Beautiful home. Perfect for relaxing. Games and ping pong provided great entertainment. Really close to everything we wanted. Host super responsive and friendly.

In GA for a 16u baseball tournament. The location of this house couldn't be any better! Clean, spacious and a lot our hours of fun playing ping pong and pool. Nice neighborhood and would 100% come back. Joel was a terrific host. Thank you!
