The house was great, nice quite neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Property manager very responsive and quick to fix any issues and question we had.

When I read that there were security cameras on the property, it raised red flags. The neighborhood was a bit run down. The property needs TLC. The grass was very tall, and the weeds were taller. There was poison Ivy growing up the house and growing over the fence. The house was clean. But it reminds me of a bachelor pad, bare minimum and a little grungy. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels and blankets. But, the kitchen was well stocked and we ultimately had what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The kids really enjoyed swimming. But there was no playing in that yard.

This was exactly what we wanted and it definitely delivered. One of the best vacation experiences we have had , we will definitely look into booking this one again. Everything from booking to leaving was very easy, thank you for allowing us to celebrate the 4th of July with our Marine.

It wasn't bad but the dishwasher didn't work and we came prepared with dishwasher soap. You can definitely tell a single guy owns the house because it's a 4 bedroom house and it only has 2 beds. And the one bedroom has a trundle bed and it was broken. He does have a newly installed heater for the pool, but we couldn't use it because something is wrong with the wiring and we were told it could potentially damage the pool pump.
