Location was excellent close to the train station, superb view from the property. Thoughtful touches at the property on arrival. Cleanliness very good, good value for money in early May!
Wifi connectivety could have been better. Bedroom tv needs upgrading!
Storage heater operating instructions could be improved.

Fantastic location, lovely sea view across the bay. Well-equipped apartment, very clean, very comfortable bedrooms, good bathrooms. Great welcome pack which was much appreciated. Private parking space.
Easy to get into St Ives by bus or a nice walk along the coast path. Tesco 2 mins walk away. Bean Inn over the road does great food.
The only negative was the heating. Apartment was cold when we arrived. Most of the heating is nightstorage heaters so there was no heating in two bedrooms or the living room until the next day. The heater in one bedroom didn't work at all, we called the agents who brought a portable heater.
