Sea view 10/10 - amazing apartment, perfect for family’s especially with kids!
Amazing views, breath taking every morning you would look out! Big and clean, toys for kids, lots of towels and kitchen stuff ,great for a family, bus stop right outside and a train but the walk from the train stop is very hilly! Worth every penny, location was fab and the apartment was 10/10!

A Perfect Place
The property was amazing, just loved everything. Location was great. It had all the basic necessities, from kitchen utensils, cookies, milk and wine, toys for kids and entertainment games for adults everything was perfect. The house was maintained really well, clean and tidy. I will definitely go again and stay at egis place.

heated towel rail in on suit not working . warnings of extremely hot water from taps required! heating difficult to work storage heaters inadequate.

There was one coffee pod for 6 guests. Water in hot tap is scalding hot so may need a warning, but not a problem for us

Perfection
The location of this property is excellent which allowed us to easily walk into st Ives. The accommodation had ample room for everyone with a very cosy feel. The view was exceptional. I highly recommend this property.

Comfy, Convenient...and the views!!!! :)
Views are incredible! Carbis bay is beautiful anyway but wow, this apartment is a perfect viewpoint both from the kitchen/living room and top, master bedroom. Top bedroom has velux windows so you can open the windows and look from the roof down to the bay. Bring your binoculars and you might see dolphins down there! Heated floor in the main bathroom was a godsend when we visited in January. Whole apartment was toasty warm. Very comfortable, with plenty of towels and decent bedding. The hot water is HOT HOT HOT, which was great for us, but watch children around taps.
