La Pedrera Rosa/The Pink Pedrera

The villa feels like a true out-of-city experience, it makes an amazing holiday. We loved how peaceful it was and how so mentally recharging it felt. The hosts were very helpful and were guiding us and helping us get comfortable fast.

It was a bit hard to find initially due to google maps issues, so definitely check the instructions from the hosts :) It was quite hot (end of July) so we had to use the provided fans while sleeping. Also there were no shower gels/shampoos, which was a surprise.

Der Garten und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sind ein absolutes Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes Haus mit all seinen Besonderheiten und Macken. Das muss man mögen und ist sicher nicht für alle geeignet. Auch die Anfahrt ist speziell und verlangt ein geländetaugliches Fahrzeug. Wir waren darauf vorbereitet. Ariana war in der Kommunikation hervorragend und hat uns ein nettes Gastgeschenk hinterlassen, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

-We were not informed on the 1km gravel road to enter the property. It is quite a difficult path esp. by night. The daily duty of 500m climb with a garbage for collection also was not mentioned in the beforehand. -The owner asked for 20€ extra cost for a towel and bed clothes that were normally part of the supplied items as written in the annoucement+ deposit fees for garbage collection. There was no soap and shampoo in the kit. When I mentionned I did not want to pay the 20€ fees the owner started to be agressive. Here is the received message: you only know how to demand without considering that one entrusts you with a house with years of history and precious objects of emotional value without asking you for a euro of bail.
