The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants right next door.

Unfortunately, our experience with the host was quite stressful. On the day of check-in, communication was very poor. Although we had asked in advance about our arrival time, the host replied very late. When we informed them that we were on our way at the scheduled check-in time, they told us they were having lunch and asked us to wait for another hour. When we said this was not acceptable, they did not respond to our messages or phone calls. The host only contacted us after we reached out to Booking.com, saying that they had written the time incorrectly and could meet us immediately. When we arrived, there was no apology and the host seemed tense and unwelcoming. When we entered the apartment, the radiators were turned off and the place was cold. We had to stand on a chair to reach and turn on the radiator valves, as they were positioned very high. Additionally, the listing states that there is “private parking,” but in reality parking is only available on the street, which we found misleading. Free breakfast is mentioned in the listing; however, it only consists of a croissant, milk, and coffee. The apartment itself was fine,
