Quiet space amongst stunning rice fields

My room was beautiful and spacious enough for 2 if you travel light. Comfy queen bed, great air-con, and good storage space. The pics are accurate. The pool was clean and private. The location is 10 minutes walk to the closest beach through stunning rice fields.Staff are lovely and helpful, and on-site 9am to 9 pm so sort a motorcycle the night before if you want an early start.

If you want to surf the famous point break at Medewi then the location means you have to travel unavoidably on the busy main road for at least a part of the trip. Its a short but when it's busy it can be intimidating unless you're confident on a scooter. Bring ear-plugs if you want to sleep-in as its situated close to 2 mosques. They're a great alarm if you want an early wake-up call.

We arrived 20:30 and the room wasn’t ready. We text and call to the manager a few times, with no luck at all. Never answer, we booked 10 days and end up staying half.

The location is beautiful.

The bathroom smelt bad. There was no toilet paper or soap. When I enquired, I was told to go buy some. There's a speaker that goes off with religious prayer at dawn and night. I booked a double bed but had to change to a twin because the AC wasn't working.

Great very spacious villa, comfortable beds, nice big bright bathroom, good quiet location, lovely clean pool and friendly staff

The booking site sold us a private villa with private pool but in fact it is a shared pool with the guests from the other rooms even though the villa is much more expensive. This also made things far from private and created a few initial embarrassing moments between us and the other guests! None of the staff seem to understand this situation so we messaged the property via booking.com who replied saying they had changed the pool access but were unable to update the site for a month (????) but that we had got the villa at a lower than normal rate! None of this was clear at the time of booking and we were left a bit cross at the fact that the stay has been mis- sold. The villa was very dark not helped by several of the lights not working and the staff were unable to replace the bulbs apparently (they were very high) very limited kitchen utensils so not worth trying to cook including no eating knives and one saucepan etc. One top sheet was provided for the three beds on asking and no pool towels. Some of the kitchen cupboards were very dirty and the gas bottle set up was frankly scary!!! Don’t bother with the laundry service - it all came back wet and with an odd smell after 2 days🥴

Location and pool area. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Hot water was inconsistent depending on how many others used the hot water. Meaning no hot water many times and a TV was present but non of them were operational. I think owner is still working on connecting reception to tv’s. Minor issues really but hot water consistently would have been really nice.

The staff were friendly and welcoming

They didn't haven't have a cleaner the day I checked in, and used this as an excuse for the dirty bathroom. The toilet had mucus on the seat and there was no toilet paper. They were quick to clean the toilet when I brought this to their attention, however I didn't feel comfortable to take a shower or use the sink, as everything was a bit sticky. It was disappointing to have to ask for the room to be cleaned post checking in.

A Wonderful Place with Friendly Hosts I recently stayed at this great place, and I want to highlight how lovely the hosts were. They were friendly and always ready to help. Upon arrival, the host showed me the best spots for surfing, which was fantastic. On the day of departure, he even treated me to a delicious breakfast. The place itself was cozy and budget-friendly. A great value for the price. There are good surfing spots nearby, and the location is peaceful and calm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the kind hosts. If you're looking for a cozy place with a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.

The pool area is nice & it's pretty quiet.

The bathroom looks very worn down, the showerhead was missing, the floors could've been cleaner, the curtains on the full-front glass wall were broken (everybody was able to look inside all of the time), the staff was nowhere to be found.

Ricki et les gars sont vraiment formidables. J'ai été parfaitement accueilli et ils ont été vraiment très arrangeants durant tout mon séjour. Malheureusement j'ai eu un accident, mais Ricki a gardé mes affaires jusqu'à mon retour de l'hôpital. Le jour de mon départ, un des gars m'a même accompagné jusqu'à l'arrêt de bus et a interpellé le dit bus pour moi, tout ça sans que je ne demande rien, par pure sympathie. De plus, pour les surfeurs, l'emplacement est nickel, à 2min en scooter et 15 à pieds de tous les spots !!

Éventuellement si vous pouviez mettre un draps en plus de la couette ça serait super

Excesivamente sucio.

No había desayuno, la verdad que si estuviera bien cuidado es una villa muy bonita pero no lo está.. Lo único que podría puntuar positivamente es que por las mañanas van a limpiar la piscina pero no parece que utilicen cloro, ni olía a cloro ni les vimos hechar ningún producto, ambos dias limpiaron la piscina en nuestra presencia y no usaron ningún producto..

La limpieza por supuesto dejaba mucho que desear, alguna vez que necesitamos recepción tuvimos que esperar porque no había nadie y tuvimos que irnos sin conseguir hablar con ellos, en la ubicación es dificil encontrar lugares seguros para comer para extranjeros por no ser una zona turística, no nos dieron las llaves, en su lugar al llegar nos dijo que tenía que comprobar que estuviera todo en orden con un rollo de papel higienico en la mano, por supuesto no estaba todo en orden, ruego ver las fotos adjuntas a este comentario.. La limpieza es horrible en todos los sentidos, no había puerta en el baño, el cristal estaba roto. Tambien estaba rota la ducha exterior por lo que no quedaba otra que ducharse en el bañio lleno de moho. Solo adjunto una foto de los armarios inferiores de la cocina pero estaban todos igual de sucios... No merece ni de lejos lo que piden por él.
