Spacious apartment in a great location in Maribor. The apartment is at the northern border of the center, just south of the large park which leads to the hills and the vineyards. The apartment goes the length of the building so if you open the kitchen and living room windows you get a nice breeze. There's a dishwasher and a laundry machine, both very helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked, there's no electric coffee machine but there's an electric kettle and a moka. There's no bread toaster but there's an oven that works fairly quickly and you can warm up bread.

The apartment is in the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, perhaps not the best for people with decreased mobility or large luggage. The place is huge and there is only one AC unit in the living room so the bedroom which is on the other side of the apartment doesn't really get any of the cold AC air, so at least one night we had to use the floor fan.

This apartment is a great option for people who want to stay close to the city center while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful area. The windows face a park and a small road, but there was no traffic noise at night at all, so sleeping was very comfortable. It took us about 10 minutes on foot to reach the bus station, and roughly the same time to get to the main square — the location is truly excellent. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. All kitchen utensils were available, so if you plan to cook, you will find everything necessary. The host was always easy to reach and very responsive to all our questions. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The main entrance door downstairs requires some effort to open. I couldn’t manage to open it myself, and my partner also had to struggle a bit with the lock. Additionally, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is worth keeping in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage or if climbing stairs is difficult for you. As we stayed during the winter, the apartment felt quite cool. In the bedroom, it was manageable if the door was closed and the radiator was set to maximum. However, the living room is quite spacious and has a balcony, and one radiator was not enough to properly heat the space, even on the highest setting. This might be a personal preference, as we do enjoy warmer indoor temperatures. One small detail, but still worth mentioning: there were two of us staying, but only one large towel was provided 😄, so one of us had to use a smaller one.

All is perfect. Everything is available. Very convenient location. Cozy.

Великолепные апартаменты. Вид из окон просто сказочный, у входа в городской парк. Если вы любите выпить чашку кофе на балконе под пение птиц, вам сюда) Очень чисто, интерьер выполнен с большим стилем. Очень просторно. В наличии вся бытовая техника. На кухне есть буквально все для готовки. Коммуникация была комфортной. Также были подготовлены на нескольких языках инструкции для проживающих. Мы рекомендуем от всего сердца.
