Great place for a large group.
Great location, central to the golf and close to the centre of town.
Single beds were narrower than usual and the upstairs shower was hot and cold. Other than that it was ideal.

6 Howard place was the perfect location for golfers and non golfers alike--great for a group!
The key safe worked great for our group of 11 staying at Howard Place. The location was fantastic--both close to town for dining and shopping and close to the Old Course and golf area and beach! The bedrooms can be set up as twin beds or a king size bed--all except for one bedroom that contains a double bed. The Kingask management was responsive to our needs and brought us baking sheets which were missing from the kitchen, and also sent a repair person to troubleshoot and fix a circuit breaker that tripped off.
The trash cans are left at the front door for some reason--the entire street has big bulky bright blue trash cans by the front door of each residence of the old stately building. It seems many properties on the block are used as rentals and there was lots of construction going on during the day which meant at times finding a parking spot was a challenge. A few times we had to park a few blocks away but 75% of the time we found parking on Howard Place, which was more available on weekends and after 5 pm weekdays when construction crews had left.
