When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking space in our dedicated parking lot. You will have (2) parking passes waiting on you inside the condo for your vehicles. Located on the 3rd floor of Ocean Garden Villas with a great corner unit and no one above you, which brings extra serenity! This low-rise building offers easy access to the beach, though there is no elevator, so stairs are required.

Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, with towels and washcloths waiting for you inside each bathroom. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments.

My friends and I loved the view, the sound of the ocean 24/7, the cleanliness of the property and comfortable beds. The listing should say construction of a huge condo building is going on right next door. I closely looked at the pics posted, could tell the next door lot was empty. I reached out to the host and at that time construction had not begun. I called the township zoning office to see if permits had been pulled but was told no. However, construction was well underway. The nearest path and walk way to get down to the beach is closed. This all stinks and so I want to let others know that it’s a huge project slated to be done fall of 2027. The reason I’m giving only a 5 is because I feel the place fell short on what it supplies for a beach front property. 3 of the 4 of us flew in. Most places provide beach towels and beach chairs when you’re at the beach. There were none. At the very least there should be beach towels included, I’ve been to places that provide sunscreen as well. There was one hand towels in the bathrooms which was really a floor mat towel, there was not a small hand dish soap supplied, the place needs more hooks/bars for hanging towels and an extra roll of toilet paper would be nice. The bathroom sink was just about fully plugged upon arrival. These seemingly little things add up. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental places and the ones that pay attention to all the things mentioned are the top notch ones so that’s why this is only going to be a 4 rating.

Condo was as pictured. Very clean and nicely decorated. Although it has 2 bathrooms, the primary suite with king bed utilizes the hall bath. 2nd bedroom has the ensuite. This was not a problem for us but might be for others. Kitchen was well equipped with many new items including a combo Keurig coffee maker (pot and pods). Beds were comfy. Overall a great stay! Management company did a good job but failed to answer a check out question submitted the day before check out, hence the 4 stars.

The only thing we enjoyed about this property was the location. We had issues with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property itself. The manager returned my email the second day we were there, and did not address all of the concerns I sent photos of, except to offer to replace light bulbs that were out. Not only were they out, but didn’t have a plug near them, so we didn’t bother- we just switched the bulbs from other rooms. Hair in the kitchen drawers, large taped-on patch on the shower wall from recent damage, cracked step in shower, and very dirty utensils in drawer and holder. There was also the SMELL of the condo… It smells like a dirty toilet, and the source was the utility closet next to the master bathroom. We purchased air fresheners it was so bad. Also, the king mattress was so worn and sunken it was like a deflated air bed. The sofa furniture was stained, the quilts on the beds were not laundered (smelled like pickles) and there was absolutely nothing to clean with unless you used a washcloth and one small bar of soap made available. Dirty throw rugs, and cheap, small towels provided. If you stay here you’ll need to purchase everything for your trip (salt, pepper, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.) but I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially for the price. There are cleaner and better maintained options nearby.
