La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y cerca de muchos lugares, también me pareció cómoda y bien equipada, cuenta con hervidora, plancha, secadora, espacio suficiente y muebles necesarios (aunque seria bueno que realicen limpiezas mas profundas)
La comunicación con la persona encargada no me pareció muy amable y en algunos momentos sentí un trato un poco distante o poco cordial. No son muy flexibles con los horarios, recomiendo ir a las horas exactas que se indican para no esperar en la puerta. Tener en cuenta el ruido del restaurante o café que funciona en el primer piso, se escuchaban constantemente ruidos de platos y movimiento, lo que dificultó bastante el descanso.
