The location
Parking even though no.4 had the most room and could park slightly forward to make space for next doors.

Very close to town, walks and sea, lovely walks nearby, and beach when tide out enormous with beautiful hard sand easy to walk on.
Bedroom window difficult to be open safely for fresh air. And being on ground floor and opposite staircase to upper floors could hear returning visitors coming home later at night.
