Nous avons adoré l'environnement, le calme, la sérénité qui se dégage de ce lieu. L'accueil met vraiment en confiance et on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Nicky est une personne solaire, entière toujours aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Miles est plus discret mais il se révèle dans les plats qu'il nous concocte : un vrai grand chef ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some days in a relaxing and calm environment, very close to Carcassonne. If you like nature and walking, there are nice routes around the hotel. On top of that, the bed was very comfortable and the room was so nice. We had a warm welcome and they made us feel at home since the beginning. But the best of everything was the dinner, the best we have eaten in ages!!! If you visit this part of France, we strongly recommend Les Houstalous! We will repeat for sure!! :)
