An unforgettable experience

A lovely experience! The boat was immaculately clean and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Dominique the host was very kind and helpful and I liked her attention to detail. Having breakfast on the deck was special and we won’t forget it. Our bikes were easily secured on the boat too.

We had a wonderful few days at Chopine and highly recommend this place for a stay

The owner is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is very tastefully decorated. We might never have slept as well as here. Aircon made a comfortable temperature. Private terrace. Lovely breakfast. Perfect for a stay for 2.

We only have one little thing about this place: We missed the opportunity to find shade on the terrace all day. In addition, we experienced a problem that has nothing to do with the accommodation, but with Booking.com. Communication did not work. I sent 3 emails and got no reply. It turned out that the owner had never received them. Only when I received a private email address via SMS, the communication went perfectly. We came close to canceling for that reason, and rental property owners can't live with that risk because the technology at Booking.com doesn't work.

Dormir dans une péniche. Proche centre ville. Grande chambre avec une grande douche. Les petites attentions (dosettes de café, thé, bouteille d'eau.) La propriétaire sympathique. Le petit déjeuner avec jus d'orange pressé, fromage, fruits...

Un dernier soir de périple réussi.

Les contacts simples et sympathiques avec notre hôte Dominique, l'aménagement du lieu respectueux de l'authenticité. Ce n'est pas une péniche transformée en hôtel de luxe, cela reste une péniche agrémentée d'un confort simple, permettant un accueil tout à fait correct et agréable ( très grand lit confortable, climatisation,...) Petit déjeuner sympa sur le pont. Les conseils de Dominique pour le restaurant du soir... excellent.

C'était très bien. C'est peut être un petit peu cher payé l'authenticité du lieu...

Un gîte cosy à l’abri du bruit de la ville.

Bel accueil. Chambre charmante avec une climatisation bien utile par cette chaleur. Calme. Emplacement parfait pour aller aux arènes.

Manque un capot à l’entrée de la chambre pour ne pas être réveillé par la lumière du jour.

echt eens wat anders met het overnachten op een schip. Een echte aanrader wat dat betreft. En dan ook nog eens in de buurt van alle voortzieningen en restaurants

verwacht niet teveel van de voorzieningen 'aan boord', de toilet (weinig privacy) en de kitchenette, maar daar staat zoals gezegd veel tegenover

Péniche authentique avec une décoration raffinée, accueil très agréable avec Dominique qui nous a servi un petit déjeuner copieux.

Première fois sur une péniche, c'était impeccable. Super accueil, petit déjeuner excellent sur le pont, chambre rénovée avec goût, literie parfaite (grand lit).

Peu lumineux. Pas d’eau potable. Et pas d eau en bouteille de proposée ! Pas de restaurant le soir, un dimanche, sous la pluie, compliqué de manger.

Plus que une chambre insolite, la terrasse, la propreté, l’espace, la gentillesse de la propriétaire de Chopine, Le confort à bord.

Nous n’y étions que une seule nuit, nous serions bien rester plus longtemps.
