Oceanfront Condo with 2 Private Balconies. Only steps from the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just what our family of 4 was looking for. Note before you book that the main bedroom is just off the living area so it’s semiprivate. I actually found it to be perfect because it gave us beach views and ocean sounds from bed (in addition to the view from the kitchen/living room/dining area). Maybe not for everyone, but we loved that about the unit. Location was convenient to food shopping and places to eat, everything in OCMD is just a short jitney ride away (I think it’s just referred to as the bus). The beach was great and having access to the pool was the icing on the cake!

The property had very beautiful views of both the bay and ocean. It’s a quiet resort, Great for relaxation.

I was a bit disappointed with this condo. I will start with the positives. When we arrived the room looked pretty neat, and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The condo was in a great location overlooking the pool and ocean. It had a great view from the balcony. It was very simple to get to the pool and beach. The owner was very responsive to messages. The bedroom situation was the biggest disappointment for us. The description read as a two bedroom, however one bedroom was not private. The divider is shown in one of the pictures, but it was not clear to me. When I am staying in a two bedroom condo, I would expect it to two private bedrooms. The divider also did not provide any privacy. It did not go across like the photo. The bed in this room was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It did not have a headboard and kept moving. I actually had to double check that it wasn’t an air mattress because it was that bad. We actually left a day early because I did not want to sleep in the bed another night. The second private balcony is also not inside the condo, it is outside the condo looking over the front of the building. I feel like the listing is a bit deceiving. Also, when you sit in the living room the tv is inside the dining room. So, you need to look through the people at the table. There is a tv in the living room and wide open bedroom. It is impossible to watch both tvs at once. This condo had a strange layout. I would not stay here again.
