The villa consists of: one double bedroom, one small bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a French-style double bed (190x140 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The living room features a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette, and there is an outdoor shower (no hot water) in the garden. The house is comfortably furnished and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden featuring dwarf palm trees, strelitzias, oleanders, and various other trees. The garden’s outbuildings are made of stone, and there are two spacious terraces—one at the front and one at the back—for activities and relaxation. The rear terrace features a large outdoor kitchen area and a brick barbecue under a canopy. The house is surrounded on two sides by a covered porch with hammocks, a swing, chairs, and a table. The garden is fully fenced and for the exclusive use of the house. Pets are allowed.
