2 bedroom flat with roof terrace in maida vale

The flat has its distinctive charm and character and it's comfortable at the same time. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient for using public transport in London. Yasar welcomed us warmly and was very helpful.

Location was excellent, close to shops and transportation.Outdoor patio was well furnished and gave lovely view onto the back of the Paddington Rec. Park, great for children and adults to work out. The bedrooms comfortable and heating worked well. The building was quiet and clean with no noise from neighbours inside or out. Galley kitchen and small bathroom were each well appointed and ample supplies. Communication with host was seamless and welcoming. A great stay - thank you

The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable, with street and garden views. Its large terrace is an awesome feature as it has a great view. If you leave the terrace doors open and you sit in the livingroom or on the terrace, it feels like you are in the country some place. My relatives who live nearby (who I was visiting), came over one day and spent several hours on the terrace and it was most enjoyable. Other great features - it is close to a really nice coffee shop, a pub, and shops similar to a 7-11. I highly recommend the rental and note that the owner is really nice, communicative and helpful. I do note that there is a steep stair climb to the unit which is something that one with lots of luggage or physical restrictions should take into consideration.
