No plug for the right hand bed lamp Room wasn't as clean as i would prefer, lots of dust and old chip packages under the bed Holes in the ceilings repair/patched with something that looked like toilet paper Wifi didn't work

The room was immaculate and modern. We loved that it was spacious. The location of the apartment was great because it is very close to shopping centres and the sunbet arena for concerts!

The check-in process wasn't as pleasant. The lady who checked us in was dismissive, I didn't have my physical ID as the person who made the booking but my husband had his. I asked the lady if we could use his since the surname is the same and she gave me a dismissive "no" and told us about the apartments being owned privately and left us to stand there. My husband then asked her if there wasn't any alternative to check-in and only then she asked if I didn't have a copy of my ID on my phone and I told her I did. I sent it to their desk via email and then we got assisted. Though, we understood that there were rules & regulations, there was no need to be dismissive and somewhat rude. Another disappointment was when we got to our room, we had requested an early check-in of 2pm but only checked-in at 2.30pm, however when we got to our apartment we unlocked the door to find people in our room, a group of ladies who were sitting in our room looking out the balcony, we got confused and asked if we were in the wrong room but they said no. We eventually realized that they were the hotel's cleaning staff, they were giggling as they walked out with black bin bags and one of them explained that they were busy doing laundry in our room (Linen), she proceeded to ask if they could leave the linen on wash since it was already in the washing machine. Me & my husband were trying to be reasonable people and allowed it. What a big mistake, the ladies forgot to tell us that the washing machine makes a very loud banging noise as it drains the water out or spinning, the noise was so loud that it startled us since we weren't expecting the machine to make loud banging noises likes cops banging down the door. We eventually decided to switch of the machine because the noise was unbearable. At some point during the night, the fridge started making noises as well, we tried to get some rest but struggled.
