Le logement est très bien placé avec un accès direct à la plage et des transat privée prévu avec le logement - le logement est propre et les équipements dernière génération. Je recommande.

Die Lage am Meer selber ist toll. Es gibt einen Privatstrand mit Liegen und Steg. Strand und Haus sind durch eine kleine, wenig befahrene Straße, auf der die Menschen aus den benachbarten Anlagen flanieren, getrennt. Wir hatten das Apartment hinten links, bei der die ganze Terassentürenseite komplett geöffnet werden kann. So kann man herrlich vom Bett aufs Meer schauen. Das Apartment selber ist mit allem ausgestattet und auf Anfrage haben wir auch eine 2. dünne Decke bekommen. Besen Schaufel, Geschirrspül und Waschmitteltabs, alles vorhanden
Vorausgeschickt-für den starken Wind kann niemand was und der Wind hat bei uns wie aus einer Flugzeug Düse geblasen. Das war halt einfach Pech. Unser Apartment war ohne jeden Windschutz, so dass man oft nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Das war bei den anderen Apartments besser. Und der Wind pfeift wild durch die Eingangstür, muss man halt entspannt nehmen

Posizione ottima a 5min in auto dal centro di Kardamaina. A mio avviso ottimo poiché è lontano dal caos e quindi consente di essere nella quiete assoluta. Spiaggia privata, lettini e ombrelloni in dotazione. Struttura nuova e pulita. Possibilità di utilizzare lavapiatti, lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè ecc. inoltre anche sul patio ci sono delle sedie a dandolo e lettini. Host molto gentile, non riuscivo a far funzionare l’aria condizionata ed è subito venuto ad aiutarmi risolvendo immediatamente il problema.
Direi l’unica pecca è che la casa (almeno la nostra al piano terra) non è dotata di vere e proprie finestre poiché è una struttura a vetri. Di notte perciò bisogna tenerle chiuse e dormire con l’aria condizionata.

The apartments are very modern and clean. There is a sea view from the one way windows so you can see out and no one can see in. The shower is modern and powerful but it drains poorly and will flood the room. The water from the tap has low pressure. The washing machine works well as does the fridge/freezer, air con etc. You can park on the road and we found the apartment easily enough in the dark but you need to plan ahead with your navigation as it is almost in the middle of nowhere and not signposted. The bed is on the hard side. There is plenty of storage. Most guests will enjoy the apartment. The road divides the apartment from the narrow "beach" and the sea. There are free beds and umbrellas for your use but the beach is stony and overlooked by passers by on foot, bike and car. There's a supermarket, a short walk away but Kardamaina is a long walk. Best get a car.
If you need the Internet go somewhere else. It worked occasionally and then very slowly.
Due to the remote location this is not going to change soon I don't think.
The TV works but has not been set up. So there are no channels available and no instructions. Is there a dish or a cable. Who knows?
The lock is stiff and needs oiling or some attention. Be careful you don't break the key off in the lock as there is no other way to get in.
