A pleasant stay

The location of the hotel is very nice and offers a beautiful view of the old town which is currently being renovated. The breakfast served on the hotel terrace was very tasty. Parking the car was easy and close to the hotel.

The functionality of the bathroom could be improved by adding hooks for hanging towels and bathrobes. We would like more place to put our clothes.

Lovely boutique hotel in great location

Small boutique hotel with 8 rooms. It’s quiet and lovely. Bed was comfortable. Nice terrace off the room. Rooftop terrace was comfortable with nice views. Breakfast was bountiful. Hosts speak English and were friendly.

Very nice location with a nice view terras. Rooms are nice. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t empty yet but we got offered a free upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi to not wait any longer. There is parking available in 1min walking distance. Close to Urgup center and 15min drive from Goreme center. Staff was amazing, very friendly.

Feeling like home

I loved the location, a walk distance to restaurants and a wonderful scenic view of the area. Then our room felt as the name of the place, we were in a cave😅! - it was clean, very cozy. I loved the water pressure on the shower 😃, and the bed and linen on point. Every day our slippers were changed to new ones! It was a great detail even though I think unnecessary, but it tells the owners are committed to treat you great! This place is family owned and operated and it shows! Included breakfast was authentic and delicious, and they helped us booking a tour, and arranging our local transportation and way back to the airport . I felt at home.

Authentic Turkish experience with outstanding staff.

The rooms were authentic and exceptionally clean. The hotel is ran by two brothers were incredibly helpful in helping to organise day trips/ hot air balloon, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and treated us like we were their family. There are two gorgeous golden retrievers at the property as well that made the trip extra special. Breakfast is exceptional.

The hosts were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble. The location is superb. The rooms are beyond amazing! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The staff are a family, they are very welcoming and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. Nice unique cave experience

Unfortunately there was a very strong sewage smell at night coming up through the drains which made it uncomfortable to sleep, There is no options at breakfast which does not accommodate tourists The rooms or common area could do with a fan or air conditioning.

It is an amazing location. It is just heart of the city, on the hill with a stunning view . The hotel was very close to the town centre , short walking distance to everything. Good breakfast, good wi-fi and very friendly stuff. We did enjoy our stay there .

My daughter, husband and myself had a fantastic stay! A lot of places in Capadoccia claim to be a cave - Tales Cave Inn is an authentic cave which is beautifully restored. The owner is a very helpful and generous person - he exceeded our expectations and he was eager to assist us for every small thing. We recommend this place!

Отличное расположение, рядом есть удобная парковка: она не принадлежит отелю, но расположена очень удобно, и места всегда были. Отель расположен в историческом здании и выполнен в пещерном стиле. Мы уже много раз бывали в Каппадокии, и в Ургюпе этот вариант нам понравился особенно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Большой плюс для нас – возможность размещения с собакой. В номерах есть всё необходимое: чайник, кофе и чай, банные принадлежности. Номер был чистый, просторный и уютный. Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак: он подаётся персонально для каждого гостя, не в формате «шведского стола», а по турецким традициям: с разнообразием солений, варений и других вкусных мелочей.

Excelente localização. Quarto muito confortável. Limpeza Excelente. Café da manhã turco muito gostoso, feito na hora. Urgup é uma cidade muito mais charmosa e tranquila que Goreme. Acertamos na escolha da cidade e o hotel fica perto de tudo, muito bem localizado e com ótimos restaurantes a poucos metros.

Minha suíte ficava abaixo do restaurante do hotel então tinha um pouco de barulho de pessoas arrastando cadeiras, mas como acordamos cedo todos os dias não foi um grande problema.

Coccolati come a casa

Il personale molto gentile, premuroso e disponibile; ci hanno prenotato il volo in mongolfiera e hanno aiutato la mia amica a gestire un problema personale. Molto bella la vasca in camera, per rilassarsi dopo le camminate durante le visite. Essendo in una cava la stanza è molto fresca.

Non è tanto comodo farsi la doccia.

Siamo stati con nostro figlio di 9 anni, e stesso lui mi dice che devo dare 100 stelle. Effettivamente è stato tutto eccellente. Camere caratteristiche, vasca in camera, tutto pulitissimo (venivano a fare le pulizie ogni giorno) e poi la ciliegina sulla torta: la COLAZIONE! Colazione in terrazza con tanto di veduta e tantissima roba buonissima. Altissimo livello, da applausi.
