Die Lage am Franziskanergarten ist sehr ruhig. Einkaufsstraße, Isar, Kalvarienberg, Bäckerei sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine Unterstell- und Auflademöglichkeit für Ebikes. Der Kontakt mit Kornelia war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
