Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und der "Valea Trandafirilor" Park ist in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Ideal für Spaziergänger. Das Gebäude ist sehr modern und hat einen schönen Außenbereich. Vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof erreicht man die Innenstadt und weitere Stadtbezirke mit dem Trolleybus sehr komfortabel.
Leider waren im Bad Schimmelflecken, die Dusche müsste repariert werden und die Dunstabzugshaube war ebenfalls defekt. Am Eingang fehlten Steckdosenabdeckungen und der Schließzylinder der Tür klemmte immer wieder mal. Gastgeber regierte nicht auf Nachrichten innerhalb booking, nur per WhatsApp.
