Este in apropierea mării, cu mențiunea că ,pe toate plajele din aceasta zona , apa este adâncă înca de la mal. De la balcon aveai o priveliște super. Are parcare subterană, deci mașina este in siguranță.
Zgomotul provocat de trenurile care trec , calea ferată trece pe langa bloc, dar dacă stai mai multe zile, te obișnuiești.... Însă cel mai mare disconfort este cel termic.... Aerul condiționat este prost poziționat, este in dormitorul cu pat matrimonial. Cei din dormitor nu pot dormi daca îl lasă pornit, iar daca este oprit ceilalți se sufocă de căldură... O sugestie pentru proprietari este că aparatul să fie mutat in living și așa vor beneficia de el toate camerele!!!
