At the end of the hall toward the entrance of the home is the third bedroom. Here find a queen-sized bed and everything you need for a restful night’s sleep.

Laundry
Should you need to do some washing, the laundry room is at the back side of the house, entered via the kitchen. A washer, dryer, and several laundry pods are provided for your stay.

Hall Bathroom
Just next door from the middle bedroom is the hall bath.. With a full-sized tub and shower and extra toiletries and linens, all of our guests will be well accommodated.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Positives: Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the 6 of us, 20 min drive to Fort Jackson for basic graduation, owner was responsive. Negatives: kitchen was supplied with only the basics, one such example is that there were no serving bowls. Cleaning fees are part of the cost and I think attention to detail is the key here. Overall: I would do it again! Being able to rent both homes for all of our out of town guests to stay in one location was awesome.

We like to stay in a home when we visit our daughter and her family. This house worked out very well for us. It was an ideal location-close to restaurants, parks, and other activities we enjoy. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be to supply a luggage rack or small dresser in each bedroom to hold a suitcase. Would stay here again.
