We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

Guest Access:
You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.
* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.
* Minimum Age: Booking age is 25, exceptions may apply with added requirements.
* Late Check-Out: Standard at 10 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.
* Spa Products: Inform us to avoid charges for missing spa amenity bottles.

Inman Park has something for everyone! Stroll through on a Saturday morning and pick-up fresh, local produce at The Freedom Farmers Market or have a light brunch on Parish's quaint patio. Pop in for a cup of coffee at Inman Perk and grab groceries from Savi Provisions (also known for their extensive beer selection). Feel like your on the streets of Europe by dining al fresco at Bread and Butterfly or watch the weekend sports games while grabbing a burger at The Albert. Meet up for dinner and drinks at Illocallino, an Atlanta institution, or go the more casual route for tacos and a marg at Bartaco. Still need a little extra local flare? The two bedroom bungalow was perfect for our family of four. The space was immaculate, perfectly located, and communication with the management was excellent. We had an amazing time in Atlanta and will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Near restaurants, bars, the Beltline. Clean place, comfortable beds, Minty living is very responsive to any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was a nice apartment and the location is fantastic. However there were lots of bugs—mostly roaches and ants but TONS of them. We were easily finding 3-5 roaches per day. The property management was really responsive but incredibly frustrating whenever we reached out, rarely actually providing any assistance. They had the nerve to tell me that “unfortunately there are just roaches in the south” and that “seeing them means the pest control is working”. We live five minutes from this unit and don’t have these problems at home. They also refused to provide more Clorox wipes (there were only 3 when we arrived left in the container) and we were going through them swiftly because of all the dirty cockroaches. Very frustrating to deal with for sure. As a result,I probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend the rental.
