About this apartment rental
Superb apartment of 28m2 completely renovated, which can accommodate 5 people and located on the 1st floor of the VAL BEL residence (secured by digicode with caretaker and elevators).
The residence is located on the snow front and in the heart of the shops with direct access to the slopes and the ski school (20 meters).
A closed bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed.
Separate bathroom and toilet.
Living room with comfortable 2-seater sofa bed 140 cm (quick opening).
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, induction hob.
Double glazing with anti-noise, automatic roller shutter, balcony overlooking the resort centre. The apartment also has a large ski room for several pairs of skis and boots or for one or 2 bicycles in the summer.
WIFI of the station: be careful in case of teleworking, plan to share a connection with your phone.
Regarding the handover of the keys and your arrival/departure, we will put you in touch with the JD Services Concierge in charge of our apartment.
Upon your arrival, the 2 apartment (500€) and cleaning (70€) deposits will be required.
With 300 days of sunshine a year and 185 km of slopes, the magnificent Vars-Risoul ski area has become a must in the Southern Alps! Risoul "the most intimate of the big resorts" awaits you with a variety of activities (swimming pool, spa, ice rink, cinema, winter markets, festivals, shows on the snow front...) Its many shops, bars and restaurants will welcome you with a smile to share without moderation with family or friends.
In summer, the resort is just as pleasant with many activities on offer (chairlift open for mountain biking and hiking, swimming pool, spa, cinema, summer sledging, markets of regional products, children's activities...)
