Céntrico, limpio , me dejaron entrar poco antes de la hora de entrada, cuando terminaron de limpiar. Buenas calidad precio
La puerta del portal estaba rota , al hacer check out , estaba cerrada y me costó un rato salir porque no tienen botón para abrir .la entrada y zonas comunes deterioradas , pero el piso reformado .

La ubicación es ideal sobre todo para ir al Teatro Falla. El que tenga ascensor es un dato importante en una ciudad donde no es habitual que lo haya. La cama muy cómoda y en general un apartamento recomendable por relación calidad precio.

La posizione è perfetta. Vicino a tutto , spiaggia, supermercati e luoghi di interesse. L'appartamento è in fas di ristrutturazione quindi può solo migliorare. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto si capisce che sono state già rinnovate.
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato scarafaggi in casa, in tutto il condominio se ne vedono parecchi. Alcune posate sporche per colpa di precedenti ospiti poco puliti.
