The Terrace - Tankerton

Plenty of space to relax- the extra en-suite bathroom was very useful when you have a group of ladies all trying to get ready to go out. I was very impressed when I called the owner to say we had no hot water, he came straight out to see what the problem was and, luckily, was able to find the cause and fix it. There were a couple of things that were not as clean as we would have liked; the milk frother still had slimy milk in the bottom, there was an old half eaten tub of ice cream in the freezer and the baking tray had burnt on crusty food remnants of previous use (we only used it to warm up croissants

The alleyway access is very dark and the motion sensor light wasn’t working properly so had to use my phone light to open the key box - and as I arrive alone I didn’t really feel comfortable walking into a very dark alley not knowing where I was going. The property is spacious, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and really felt like a home away from home.

The Terrace was very comfortable. 10/10 for cleanliness I’m very fussy about cleanliness and this property met my expectations. Had a wonderful stay and felt safe and homely. Bearing in mind we choose a date with very warm weather I was happy with all the comforts of home touches such as fans. The lighting of all the various lamps also created a nice ambiance of an evening. Decor was clean and fresh with wonderful home accessories. I would most definitely come back. Location is also 👌🏼 Everything you need is nearby and the beach which is about a minute walk away is the more favoured area of the sea front in my personal opinion.

Nothing I didn’t like. The sensor light in the end shower room did come on and off a lot at night which startled me a little. I’m not sure why that was… but other than that no complaints.
