Our stay at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that was thanks to the wonderful Khushi!
From the moment we arrived, Khushi went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. She surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade and thoughtfully arranged lovely decorations in our room. It was such a heartwarming and unexpected gesture that made our experience even more memorable.
What impressed us most wasn’t just the upgrade or the decorations, but the genuine care, attention to detail, and personal touch Khushi brought to everything. She didn’t simply provide excellent service — she exceeded every expectation and made us feel truly valued as guests.
It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in creating unforgettable experiences for others. Khushi is a true asset to Grand Hyatt, and her kindness and dedication deserve special recognition from the management.
