    Overall, we had a good experience at Suntorini Boutique Hotel and felt that it was worth the money. The room and hotel were clean, and the small swimming pool was a nice addition and enjoyable to use. One area that could be improved is the maintenance of the common areas, as some parts looked a little worn out, possibly due to the sea air and saltwater environment. We also had to wait around 30–45 minutes in the lobby during check-in because the receptionist had difficulty finding our booking. She said that her manager would call and check, but we still had to wait in the lobby until the issue was resolved. However, aside from the check-in issue, the overall experience was good. The hotel offers good value for money, and we enjoyed our stay.

    The most outstanding part of this hotel is the male staff. Although he’s not very fluent in English, he was very helpful and tried to accommodate our requests. The hotel’s photos in Agoda don’t accurately represent the hotel’s current state. The room we got is probably the worst because when you open the window, it’s connected to what appears to be a restaurant which is now closed. That also means you need to go out to get food because there’s none at the hotel. I walked around barefoot when we arrived, and judging by how dirty my feet were, the floors aren’t mopped. The hotel’s location is nice because it’s right in the middle of two beaches, but if you want a livelier atmosphere, choose a hotel at the Back Beach side. Overall, if you’re on a budget and you get discounts, this is an ok hotel.

    The hotel was quite disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The property feels old and not very well maintained. The swimming pool was very small and parts of it seemed broken during our stay. Overall, the experience did not really match the expectations set by the pictures.
