Duże mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo ładny taras. Wygodne łóżko, spoko kuchnia.
Widać że jest ciągle wynajmowane ale niekoniecznie konserwowane na bieżąco. Przydałoby się wymienić parę żarówek, udrożnić prysznic itd.

Przestronny apartament z tarasem. Telewizor z szybkim internetem. Podwóreczko przy tarasie nieco zaniedbane, ale wychodzi z tego taka mała dżungla w środku miasta, więc ma to swój pozytywny klimat. Obok pizzeria, biedronka. Sprawny kontakt z właścicielami.
Niestety w apartamencie jest grzyb, pleśń. Łazienka słabo wentylowana. Prysznic jest niepraktyczny, woda chlapie na ścianę. Ręczniki powieszone były na drabince, która także ma oznaki grzyba. Lustro pęknięte.

Lokalizacja, przestrzeń, taras.
Łazienka była zdecydowanie poniżej mojego poziomu czystości. Ręczniki miały specyficzny zapach, zostawiały smugi na ciele, jakby pył, toaleta i prysznic zdecydowanie wymagały umycia. Widać że ktoś się starał bardzo bo poszewki i prześcieradła były jeszcze mokre, więc były prane… niestety nie zdążyły wyschnąć. Również pościel czyli poduszki i kołdry pachniały specyficznie…nieprzyjemnie dla mnie , dla nas
