About this apartment rental
Great apartment, located in Moradas do Farol, in Praia do Forte. Condominium has 24-hour concierge and swimming pool.
My space has 2 air-conditioned suites, a cozy living room, a full kitchen and a wonderful balcony with a wine cellar. Excellent space to relax!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, fan and blackout curtain.
Suite 2: 1 king bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closet.
The condominium has a 24-hour concierge and a swimming pool.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options for bars and restaurants, is a strong port of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and night life.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60 km.
