Escape to this beautiful secluded townhouse in the heart of The Blue Mountains. This spacious corner unit is flooded with natural light and is surrounded by trees and views of the mountain and golf course.
Enjoy the easy access to Blue Mountain ski hill as well as the neighbourhood walking paths outside your door, seasonal outdoor pool and many great nearby hiking trails and attractions!
Situated over two levels, this newly renovated townhouse is the perfect place to relax with friends & family.
LIVING ROOM
Wind down in the cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace and large 65" Smart TV (where you can access your Netflix account). Find blankets, books and board games for the whole family to kick back and relax.
BALCONY/DECK
Off of the living room is a large very private deck that has a beautiful view. You are overlooking the Monterra golf course and surrounded by trees. There is a table with 4 chairs as well as a propane BBQ for grilling. We also provide BBQ utensils for grilling season.
KITCHEN + DINING AREA
The newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops has everything you will need to whip up breakfast or cook a dinner for the whole group - pots, pans, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, blender, toaster etc. There is a regular drip coffee pot, a Keurig and a kettle for use as well.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with lots of natural light and views overlooking the Monterra golf course that seats 8 people. Throw on a record and enjoy a meal with family and friends.
If you need to work from home, there is strong reliable wifi and a desk for your comfort.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROM
Head on upstairs and you will reach the huge master bedroom sanctuary, complete with a King bed, TV, two large closets and a dresser.
There is a cozy twin sized daybed for relaxing as well as a queen blowup mattress for additional sleeping.
GUEST BEDROOMS
The main level guest bedroom is located off of the living room next to the main floor bathroom. It has a comfortable queen bed, closet and a view of the hill.
The upstairs guest bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds and a window with a view of the Blue Mountain slopes as well.
BATHROOMS + LAUNDRY
The spacious upstairs bathroom (accessed from both the master bedroom as well as the hallway) has a big bathtub with a reading tray and a separate stand up shower.
The main floor bathroom is located near the guest bedroom and living room and has a tub/shower combination.
There is a stackable washer & dryer located on the main level and we supply laundry detergent.
LOCATION + NEIGHBOURHOOD
Snowbridge #224 is situated only minutes to Blue Mountain Village. You can choose to walk (about 15 minutes on a nice path), drive (2 minutes).
The unit is on the top corner of the complex, so it provides ample natural light and privacy, overlooking the Monterra Golf Course.

This layout is fantastic! Beautiful views as walking to village was easy. Clean and well presented with towels and bedding! The stairs were a climb for our aging grandparents but the main floor bedroom made up for it they just stayed in the main level for our stay! Highly recommend this one!!

Excellent unit!! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Great sized common areas. Close enough to enjoy Blue Mountain but still far enough for a quiet environment close to nature.
Although it was not an issue for us but there are a lot of stairs up to the unit and in the unit.
