Spacious 2 bedrooms, 3 beds house (1 Full/Queen Bed in Master & 2 Twins in 2nd Bd Room) . Located 6714 Johnny Mercer Wilmington Island Ga. Centrally Located 7-10 minutes from Tybee Beach and 15 minutes from downtown River Street. 2 parking spaces and easy access to front porch. Walking to Groceries Store. There is a backyard but not fenced. It is quaint yet simple. Your home away from home to stay. You'll have a great relaxing time at this home. Fully loaded with amentities.

The property was clean, well furnished, and perfect as my launch pad for fishing trips. I had zero complaints and the owner was just a phone call away to answer any questions I might have. All in all, it was a good value considering its convenience and amenities.
