About this house rental
Welcome to our lake house in Tampa.
The screened backyard oasis is a great entertainment space for family and friends to enjoy the saltwater and heated swimming pool, or challenge in a ping pong tournament. It also has a small golf putter green space by the pool. Afterwards, enjoy the BBQ with the gas grill and lounge on the poolside chairs under the warm Florida sun. Enjoy the beautiful sunset by the lake while your family gather by the fire pit at night.
The space
This house has 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms share the same bathroom. The 1/2 bath is located downstairs for our guests' convenience.

The house was wonderful and close to everything. The game room adds a great family fun area. The pool was beautiful. The house has everything you need. Overall perfect!

Overall the property was great and host was very quick to respond. House was in perfect location for our purposes that weekend. However, the pictures did not accurately depict current condition of property, for example, one entire side of screened in porch and roof of lanai was missing screens so there wasn’t any protection from bugs, mosquitos, etc.; grill was filthy and we had to clean it to keep it from catching on fire; putting green was unusable; arcade game was miniature & lacked a power cord, etc.

When we got there the pool was not cleaned but after I noticed it, I contacted the owner and sent him pictures of it. He immediately apologized about this and had the pool person come out the next morning and took care of it. The bricks outback surrounding the pool were very loose and had to be careful not to twist ankles. The light was not always lit in the pool at night. There were ant and gnats sightings in the kitchen. The WiFi signal was very weak (a hit or miss). The TVs were not connected to the Internet and when tried it wouldn’t connect. I had to use my own cellular hotspot to do so. There were dust and cobwebs in the corners near the ceilings and light fixtures. There’s no TV in the kids double bunk beds room. The checkout process is not explicitly explained nor is it written up anywhere. I had to contact the owner via text for specific instructions.Also there were 2 trash cans left in front of house with garbage in them cans - when we first arrived. I also contacted the owner about this.Overall, the stay was okay. But the outdoor pictures when googling this address doesn’t match with the real life property. In person, this property needs to updated. There were broken tree limbs in the front yard and on the roof which makes this property look further dated and needs renovation.
