First off, Thank you to Randy for being such an amazing host! Communication throughout our stay was great. The one complaint I can make is the AC. The main AC unit for the rooms in the home needs maintenance. Main living room was cool but the rooms were hot for sleeping. The room with the AC unit was great since u can set the temp lower. Other than this issue this house is great. The outdoor space was perfect for family fun and the grill was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Publix near by for supplies. I would definietly stay again.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! It was a good location for where I was looking for and really liked having a pool to relax in when we weren’t at the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and there was no better location. Close to the beach, close to the fields. House was perfect and host was fantastic.
