Excellent property, good hosts, games room amazing, we would return anytime.
This property was large and spacious and very tastefully decorated with all facilities. The games room is perfect and kept the team occupied. The location is great with private parking.
The bed descriptions were not accurate and some of our team ended up sleeping on the sofas.

The games room, the 2 floors and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and big. Overall it was very spacious, comfortable and a great place to stay.
The location wasn’t great as there wasn’t much to do and the local restaurants were either closing early or not open on bank holiday Monday. The king size bedroom needs blackout blinds and the sitting room needs a blind.

Exceptional
We had an amazing two day stay. As a group of 11 staying for a wedding nearby we had an amazing time. The house itself is beautiful and had every amenity you could think of, it was easy to get to and from and the surroundings are stunning. Rob couldn't have been more helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay.

The location in newtown was perfect for what we were using if for. Close enough to bars and a good base to set up from for activities we had planned
The second day was very hot. Pushing 30°C. Because of this we had to keep a number of windows/doors open to keep a breeze throughout the property on the afternoon. This lead to A LOT of flies that evening swarming on the kitchen ceiling. Luckily we were planning a BBQ that evening anyway as i wouldnt have liked to prepare any food in that kitchen. Some sort of fly tape/spray handy would go a long way
