Sea and sky serenity

The view was amazing with endless beautiful skies and sea. The shower and bath were roomy. The kitchen had everything you need.

For us it was fine, but the path and stairs would not be okay for someone with less mobility. It was not paved and very natural.

A beautiful and spacious home with a pretty view over Dielette's small boat harbor.

Interior and exterior very recently renovated, retaining exposed stone charm in the large common areas of the bottom floor and flat walls on second floor. Nice bathrooms and showers to each of the three bedrooms, plus separate facilities on ground floor for visitors. Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Parking right in front, and walking distance to harbor and restaurant facilities, Siouville beaches to the north and Flamenville's EPR to the west. The hosts were friendly, responsive and flexible. It is the their first year doing this and they are interested in doing what they can to improve your stay. French, of course, but also speak good English.

Very recent rennovation including the floors and inner walls and grouting, so it still has a bit of a sharp new house scent - but that will disappear with a little time. They have just set up for the first time for taking guests, so there were a few minor things we would like to have seen in place. However, the hosts were very receptive to suggestions and implemented some of the things we mentioned already during our stay.

Vue splendide, studio bof.

L'emplacement est idéal et la vue sur le port splendide. Environnement calme, jolie décoration. Chambre propre. Place de parking juste devant la maison, très pratique. Excellent restaurant à 5 minutes à pied "le Renard", ainsi que quelques boutiques et un bar en bord de mer.

Odeur d'humidité ou de renfermé, nous aérions la chambre toute la journée pour enlever l'odeur. Certains objets mériteraient d'être remplacé (ancienne bouilloire en plastique pleine de tartre, planche à découpée en plastique bien usée également et passoire rouillée) La télé ne fonctionnait pas. (voir photo) Manque de papier toilette (1 rouleau pour 5 jours) manque de torchon et d'éponge pour le ménage et la vaisselle. Pas de produits de base comme du sel, de l'huile, du savon. (Nous avons dû tout acheter) Le livret d’accueil est envoyé par mail et très succinct. Aucun livres, jeux, prospectus ou magazine sur la région, dommage. Lit très mou qui ne convient pas à tout le monde. Escaliers en pierre un peu dangereux pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Sol qui grince lorsque l'on marche, nous avions l'impression d'être des éléphants (les personnes de la chambre d'en dessous devaient sûrement nous entendre marcher) Petite "terrasse" partagée pas entretenue (ronces, orties, feuilles mortes)

Emplacement parfait face au port, calme, belle vue, proche des animations de soirée, et de l'embarcadere pour Guernesey

Petits problèmes d'écoulements à l'arrivée, mais rapidement réglés par une hotesse trés réactive.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout était parfait.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Ghislaine. L'appartement est très mignon,décoré avec goût,avec une très belle vue sur le port.Tous les matins nous regardions les petits pêcheurs partirent en mer.C'était reposant! Literie impeccable. Il est bien situé (30 mn de Cherbourg, du Nez de Jobourg...).Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe maison idéalement située

La maison décorée avec goût, l'équipement de la cuisine, les nombreux jeux mis à disposition,la proximité des chemins de promenade/randonnée et des plages, les salles de bain dans chaque chambre, l'accueil de la propriétaire très gentille.

Pas apprécié c'est un grand mot mais l'unique bémol est qu'il y a 3 chambres dans la maison et une 4e qui est accessible par l'extérieur uniquement. Pour 2 couples avec 2 enfants en bas âges chacun, la gestion des enfants la nuit peut être compliquée !
