Just a few minutes from downtown Marrakech, rent this exclusive, air-conditioned villa with a pool, spacious grounds, 5 very large bedrooms (sleeping up to 20 people), each with a TV, minibar, and a balcony or terrace, plus 5 bathrooms. Top-of-the-line amenities. Free and unlimited access to the adjacent water park (not privately owned). Staff available, customized services: catering, personal trainer, cooking classes, dance lessons, DJ with sound system, activities, spa, party and event planning. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
La Villa Marocaine is the ideal choice for groups of 10 to 20 people (or more with children) who wish to exclusively rent an exceptional venue for a special event—such as a wedding anniversary, retirement celebration, group trip, etc.
We can provide comprehensive services to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible: transportation, activities, meals, ATV or camel rides, spa treatments, city tours, barbecues, and more.
The only limit is your imagination.
The villa has access to the facilities and staff of the Eden Andalou resort, upon request.
Your privacy is guaranteed; the villa is entirely private for your group.
The staff is at your disposal only when you need them.
Moroccan law strictly prohibits accommodating a couple in which either person is a Moroccan national without presenting a marriage certificate. This law does not apply to non-Moroccans.
A list of guests must be provided prior to arrival; including full names.
Guests not on the list are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted following a justified request.
Any party must be declared in advance and approved by us, particularly regarding the number of guests, the nature of the party, noise levels, and the schedule, which must under no circumstances disturb the neighbors.
Residents agree to comply with Moroccan law at all times. Any violation will be considered a breach of contract without compensation.
We oppose prostitution, which is illegal in Morocco, and do not tolerate any inappropriate use of the villa.
La Villa Marocaine is located on the outer edge of the famous 5-star Eden Andalou resort complex and is adjacent to the Eden Aquapark (unlimited and free access). Downtown Marrakech is a 20-minute drive away.
Access to the resort’s amenities is available upon request and for a fee. For example:
- Wedding hall
- Fitness center; spa; hammam; sensory pool; massages, etc.
- Heated pool
- À la carte restaurants (Le VIP Lounge, and Le Fès)
- Kids’ club
