Dumbrava Minunată

Din punctul meu de vedere, totul la superlativ! Un loc extrem de liniștit care seamănă mai mult a gospodărie, nu are acel aer impersonal de pensiune. Se vede că doamnele pun suflet în ceea ce fac acolo. Foarte multe flori, pomi fructiferi, foarte multă verdeață, o poiană și un pârâu, curtea e foarte mare, tot locul fiind inconjurat de natură. Plus animăluțele casei care sunt prietenoase :)

We booked literally last minute. We arrived at the location in about 15 minutes after booking on the Booking site. The owner prepared quickly the apartment for us and despite having the restaurant closed that day, she kindly offered to prepare us dinner. We even could choose from the menu what we wanted to eat and the food was ready at the time we indicated we wanted to eat. The location is very nice. Very green and there's lot of space to enjoy time outside. Perfect spot for families with children: dedicated playground, no traffic and there's a small river passing just next to the bar/terrace. We felt more than welcome and comfortable.

Large room, spotless clean, comfortable beds and pillows, high speed WiFi. Lots of lovely animals around the property. Remarkable hosts, warm and welcoming, accommodating all our needs. Their vast experience in hospitality really shows, everything is exactly as it should be, not too much, not too little. In short, a place of tranquility and relaxation, delicious food, nice people, surrounded by nature, decent pricing, what's not to like? Perfect even for longer stays or remote work. And stargazing. Needless to say it made the top of our favourite places and we'll come back with pleasure whenever we're in the area.

No other negative aspects apart from a feeling of being watched due to the wheezing sound of the surveillance cameras.

The bathtub was clogged, first night, however, I felt we had to testify in front of the US Congress to convince the owners it was a problem… Which they’ve fixed it next morning… However I really don’t like to get questions like “do you really think it’s clogged?”, or “wow it’s the first time I hear about this”… We as a country really need to learn how to do tourism… Another problem with the location: lots of mosquitoes, different sizes. It’s not because it rained, it’s the location. If you don’t have a problem with this, the garden is nice, quiet. A bit remote from the village and mobile internet is weak, their wifi didn’t work, that was not a big issue.
