May of been misunderstanding on my end, however I assumed the futon was another roll out bed or pull out from the couch however was an uncomfortable thin foam mattress on the floor. Other than that great place

Very nice studio. It has a stove, washing machine & they supplied detergent & has a great large balcony with partial sea view! There is an area to dry your clothes on the balcony! There is a pool and we got 2 chairs at the beach complimentary!

It needs more hooks or area in the unit to hang keys, jacket, etc when you enter the apartment.

The host was super easy to work with and checkin/out. Very helpful and spoke a bit of English too.

The pool looked amazing, but always in shade and cold no sunshine so we didn’t use it. Such a shame.

The best thing about this property was the woman who checked us in and did her best to help us in whatever ways we needed. She was very professional, friendly, and courteous, and I wish we could meet someone as capable as her in all the hotels we stay in. (Thank you, Luna!) The room was pleasantly spacious and had a nice view of the ocean, and my wife liked the water filter in the shower, which she claimed didn't dry out her hair.

The property is fairly run down and little effort seems to have been made to keep the place looking good. For example, there were at least four rather large scuff marks on the floor, one of the upper cabinets in the kitchen was kept shut with strips of black tape, the balcony furniture was totally falling apart, the hot water in the shower didn't last long enough to complete one's shower, the kitchen sink and the garbage area beneath it smelled strongly of mold, the cleaners did a VERY poor job of cleaning (I'm not sure they cleaned anything during our five days there), and the TV didn't work properly for much of our stay. The worst part by far, however, was the ridiculously loud electronic music and flashing lights that started at 10 PM every night from across the street and didn't end until AFTER midnight! (This wasn't the hotel's fault, I realize.)
