friendly staff, clean and quiet, nice breakfast selection, convenient shuttle service to/ from the airport, walking distance from the metro station also
the constantly running ventilation was a bit annoying, stayed in different rooms and in some it was possible to turn it off and in others it wasn't

Staff was very nice . The hotel was clean and comfortable.
I paid for my stay through Booking.com in full ahead of time. When I checked in I was charged for damage fee of $50 which was expected. Every day after that I woke up to a charge on my credit card until I checked out. I called to speak with someone & was told they didn’t see any charges. My card was charged an extra $404 which was refunded 3 days after I checked out Only because I called to ask why. They apologized for the double charge but that did impact my stay & because of that I will never stay there again.
