Appartement bien situé, proche des pistes 30 secondes en vélo , du centre 2 mns en voiture. Logement bien équipé en détail tt le nécessaire y est vraiment. Mimizan est une station balnéaire très agréable, vivante où il fait bon de passez ses vacances.

Accueillis par Christian très sympathique. Appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé dans tous les domaines. Très bien situé 5 mn de la plage et 10mn du centre ville en vélo. Très bon séjour.👍
Nous avons séjourné dans la période de canicule 🥵 et malgré les 2 ventilateurs (heureusement) volets fermés l'appartement n'est pas descendu en dessous de 27*. Il faudrait prévoir une climatisation et un rideau occultant sur la porte d'entrée vitrée. Sinon rien à redire c'était parfait.

El alojamiento es completisimo y muy bien decorado. Es un lugar muy tranquilo donde poder descansar. Un punto a su favor es también el tener bicicletas disponibles, en 10 minutos se llega con ellas a la playa.
