Come stay at our beautiful and modern boutique condo on Nashville’s Cumberland River! Just 1 MILE TO BROADWAY and conveniently located to many of the city’s best attractions. Condo has 2 FREE covered parking spots, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sofa bed. Grab your coffee or cocktail to enjoy the view of boats and the skyline on the amazing waterfront patio. We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.
Our building is secure. We will need to provide access to you via email to our Latch door system. It is also used to enter the secure parking garage where our two parking spots are located.
We are set up to make you feel at home and comfortable while you’re staying with us. Our master bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom, and the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and second bathroom- so if you are two couples or a family with children, you each have your own space.
The kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked to whip up a gourmet meal, while the living room is perfect for relaxing. We have Roku TV, or you may stream any of your favorite networks. The couch folds out to a queen bed if you have extra friends or a big family, and we also have a pack-and-play for the little ones.
The dining area seats six for meals and is great for family conversations and games. Enjoy the outdoor area with your morning coffee as you plan your day in Music City.
We have a washer and dryer in-unit & central A/C and heat.

Electric scooters have become a popular form of transportation in
Nashville. Scooters are affordable, accessible and a sustainable

such as Bird and Lime, that provide apps for users to pay and
track scooters near their location. You can find available scooters
near you using the app, and you can leave them in any safe
location when you're finished. You must download the app and
enter credit card details before using.
Cab
Individual cab companies are available at all hours to take you
wherever you need to go. Order a cab by phone, app, or online to
ensure a timely arrival with companies like Music City Taxi and
Magic Taxi.
Bicycles
Hop on, hop off. Nashville's B-Cycle program allows visitors to
easily cruise around town on two wheels. Grab a bike at one of
over 35 stations around the city, then drop it off at the station
nearest your destination. Stations are clustered around the city
center but are available throughout the city and suburbs.
Membership plans range from daily to monthly, and pricing is
designed to encourage lots of short trips (ie. under an hour)

You must be 25 to book. We are a NO parties, NO pets property- please leave the furry friends at home on this adventure. We are in an urban neighborhood- the sights and sounds of the city will be heard.
We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !

We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.

We didn't realize quite where the neighborhood was when we rented the condo (only because we are not very familiar with the area). We really liked the balcony over the river with the barges and trains busily working right outside. But very quiet when you are inside. The one thing to note in the second bedroom was the open section of the wall that faces the kitchen and living area. It was maybe not as private of a room, but it worked for us. We also learned that we were just a couple minutes walk to the Germantown area. Lots of places to walk to eat, a farmers market, and the minor league baseball team, Go Sounds!.They also were able to accommodate our request for a later checkout, which was really nice. Great time there!
