About this house rental

Located on an alley on Saratoga’s historic East Side, this hidden gem awaits you. Completely renovated this year, the open concept main floor combines the charm of the original carriage house with all the modern amenities you want. The rustic beams and hardwood floors, high ceilings, and gourmet kitchen all add to the character of this unique home. The dining and living areas lead to a large screened porch which opens to the private fenced backyard. The first floor also has a laundry room and half bath. Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom suite with updated bath, 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath.

This beautiful home is a short walk to Saratoga Race Course, Fasig-Tipton Sales grounds and downtown Saratoga Springs, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Of course there is a/c, wireless internet, cable TV, off-street parking for 2 cars and an outdoor table and gas grill.

Available for Track Season - $25,000 (July 10-Sept 3)
Available for Belmont - $4,000 (full week)

This is was an excellent choice for our stay in Saratoga Springs. The layout of the carriage house worked perfectly for our party of four. The patio and screened in porch provided great outside options and the air conditioned inside was comfortable and equipped with what we needed and more. We walked to the horse race track and downtown. The parking pad accommodated two vehicles. Caren was communicative and cared about our comfort while there. We would stay here again.

This house is AMAZING!!! The photos don't do it justice. Sunny, wonderfully decorated, spotless, with a wonderful open space for gathering and a lovely peaceful screened in porch. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with a pleasant 10-15 minute walk past some really lovely Victorian homes to get to all the shops and restaurants on Broadway (my 80 year old parents did the walk multiple times with no problem; my also 80yo MIL needed a car but it still meant needing to find fewer parking spaces for our group on a busy weekend). Caren was a wonderful host, greeting us personally and making sure we had everything we needed. I will absolutely stay here again anytime I'm in Saratoga Springs with a group.

Our family had such a lovely stay for our sons drop off to Skidmore College. Great location for walking to the race track and downtown. Every room was spotless. Wonderfully quiet, yet close to everything. Nice backyard for our boys to play soccer too!

We had an incredible stay at this property. Caren, our host, was very communicative before and during our stay and was very helpful in guiding us to some supplies that had been left from prior visitors for our two small children we were traveling with. The location of this property is fantastic, walkable to the track and downtown bars/restaurants yet was private and quiet. Would love to return again!
