The building is charming, a barn of 75 m2 from the 18th century restored in 2020, is located on the edge of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park with its rich natural, cultural and wine heritage and with quick access to the castles of the Loire. It is an ideal location, in the heart of the Manse valley for those looking for silence, privacy, nature and a magnificent view. The land is located in a terraced and shaded garden. All comforts are available.
The 75 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 people: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and is only rented for a whole week. The rental includes the supply of sheets.
The 6000 m2 plot consists of two completely separate houses, close in distance but not overlooked, on the hillside, with a terraced garden, shaded by oaks, chestnut trees and fruit trees and bordered by troglodyte cellars. One of the houses is occupied by the owner.
Renovated in 2020 in a spirit that is both cosy and contemporary, the cottage benefits from all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Even in the middle of summer, the house, leaning against the hillside, remains naturally air-conditioned. On the first floor, you will find: a living room with an American kitchen fitted out in 2022, spacious and bright (south facing) with a view of the valley as well as a bathroom and separate toilets. This living room has a sofa bed (2 places) and a table for 4 people.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (2 people with an extra single bed and 1 person) with charming attics.
The gite has a private fenced garden facing south, with a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views of the wooded Manse valley.
